When you place an order, we start from scratch, roasting the flour in pure ghee and hand-shaping each piece to ensure it reaches you fresh. This is how we maintain the quality of our Mohanthal and Ladoos, keeping them soft and flavorful just as they would be if made in your own kitchen. ### Why Fresh Matters Because we operate as a home kitchen in Vile Parle, we prioritize quality over shelf life. We do not use preservatives or artificial stabilizers. Every tray of Mohanthal or batch of Ladoos is prepared specifically for your order, ensuring you receive sweets that maintain their texture and aroma. ### Our Traditional Mithai Our menu focuses on time-honored Gujarati recipes. We specialize in: * **Mohanthal:** A classic sweet made from gram flour and pure ghee, known for its rich, grainy texture. * **Ladoos:** We hand-roll several varieties, including traditional Churma Ladoo, Boondi Ladoo, and sesame-based Til Ladoo for festivals like Makar Sankranti. * **Seasonal Specials:** During winter, we prepare Methi Gond Ladoo, which incorporates fenugreek and edible gum for a traditional immunity booster. ### Quality and Customization We source all our ingredients carefully, using only pure desi ghee as the base for our sweets.
