We make sure the walkway sets the right mood before anyone even sees the main stage. Whether you have a narrow hotel corridor or a wide-open ground, we use draping and targeted LED lighting to turn a plain path into a proper welcome. Creating a great entrance is about balancing aesthetics with space constraints. If you have a long, empty lobby, we use fabric drapes and specific floor carpets to create a defined path that leads guests straight to the main festivities. We often pair these with floral arches or backlit panels, which work particularly well for evening receptions where creative lighting can do the heavy lifting. For Haldi and Mehendi functions, we keep the entrances brighter and more colourful, often using marigold-laden arches that match the playful vibe of the day. For indoor banquet halls, we focus on masking the passage walls. If the venue walls look a bit dull, we overlay them with decorative panels and uplighters, ensuring the walkway feels like a cohesive part of the decor, not an afterthought. Practical tip: Always check your venue’s ceiling height and entrance width before planning. A massive floral arch looks great in a photo, but it needs to fit comfortably without making the space feel cramped. We measure everything on-site to make sure your entrance looks grand, not cluttered. ## About Vaishali Decorators We are Vaishali Decorators, a local team in Ghatkopar that builds decor around your ideas.
