If you are doing a small home function in a living room, we focus on the backdrop and floor seating so it does not feel cramped. If it is a hall, we balance the stage size so your guests have room to move. We fix the setup, you just walk in and start the ceremony. Planning a Haldi or Mehendi function in Mumbai can get chaotic, especially with space constraints in apartments or community halls. We keep our process simple. You share the venue size—whether it is a 10x10 balcony, a living room, or a banquet hall in Ghatkopar—and we suggest a layout that fits without blocking the flow. **What we bring to your Haldi & Mehendi:** * **Backdrops:** We use poly-crepe drapes in bright yellow and orange, accented with artificial marigold strings and tassels. We keep the frame sizes flexible (8ft x 8ft or 10ft x 8ft) to fit standard walls. * **Seating:** Our packages include traditional Sankheda chairs or low-height wooden swings (jhoolas). These are perfect for the couple during the application of Haldi or henna. * **Props:** We do not believe in clutter. We add Rajasthani embroidered umbrellas, hanging kites, and brass Urlis with rose petals to create that festive vibe. * **Lighting:** We include LED Par cans to ensure your backdrops look bright in every single photo. **Why go local?** Being a local team, we know the area and the logistics. We handle the transport, setup, and teardown so you are not stuck managing furniture when you should be with your family. If you prefer a DIY route, we also rent out individual items like umbrellas, backdrops, and furniture. Just tell us if you have a specific theme in mind, or ask us for ideas based on your budget. Whether it is a simple home ceremony or a larger hall gathering, we make sure the decor supports your ritual, not just decorates it. ## About Vaishali Decorators We are Vaishali Decorators from Ghatkopar.
