I personally ensure the jaali panels are stable and the marigold strings are fresh. For Haldi ceremonies, I recommend booking the Urli setup at least a week in advance, as these are my most requested items during the busy season. Haldi and Mehendi functions in Mumbai can be stressful to organize, especially when you are balancing family traditions with limited space. My goal is to make the decoration part the easiest item on your to-do list. ### Why Renting Makes Sense Instead of buying items you will use for only a few hours, renting allows you to access professional-grade wedding decor at a fraction of the cost. Whether you are hosting an intimate home ceremony in Ghatkopar or a larger gathering at a local banquet hall, I provide equipment that is clean, maintained, and ready for photography. ### What I Include in My Setups * **Backdrops:** I use sturdy metal tripod stands or wooden frames, so you do not have to worry about the decor falling during the rituals. * **Traditional Props:** My brass urlis and colorful Rajasthani umbrellas are designed to fit traditional themes perfectly. * **Seating:** I offer comfortable sofas and bajots that fit the height requirements for Haldi application. ### How It Works 1. **Selection:** You tell me the theme or share a reference photo. 2. **Delivery:** My team arrives, sets up the backdrop, places the lighting, and ensures everything is secure. 3. **Collection:** Once the function ends, we handle the takedown, so you do not have to clear out the mess. If you are planning your event, give me a call or drop a message with your venue details. I can check availability for your specific date immediately. ## About Vaishali Decorators I am the face behind Vaishali Decorators.
