I use weather-proof shamiana structures with proper fabric lining to keep the space cool and enclosed, which makes a huge difference for long religious ceremonies or community functions on open grounds. ### Handling Large Scale Logistics When you are hosting thousands of people on an open field, you cannot afford to have a weak setup. I have been setting up these large-scale community events in and around Ghatkopar for years. My team handles the complete setup from scratch, so you do not have to worry about where to source tents or how to arrange seating. ### What I Provide for Open Grounds: * **Weather-Proof Shamianas:** We erect massive tenting structures with durable fabric ceilings. This provides shade from the sun and acts as a barrier if the weather changes. * **Mass Seating Arrangements:** Whether you need theatre-style seating for a discourse or banquet arrangements for a gathering, I manage the assembly of chairs with proper covers and sashes to match your theme. * **Stage & Elevation:** I build strong, elevated stages with proper wooden flooring and red carpet finishes. This ensures the main speakers or deities are visible to everyone in the audience. * ** crowd Control:** We use barricading with bamboo and ropes to define aisles, VIP sections, and entry-exit points, which keeps the flow of people orderly. ### Why Local Experience Matters I am not a big-shot company, but I know how to navigate the local logistics of Mumbai venues. I know what permits to look out for and how to handle space constraints. If you have a specific plot of land in mind, tell me the size, and I will draft a layout that maximizes the seating capacity while keeping the venue comfortable for your guests. ## About Vaishali Decorators I am Rajesh from Vaishali Decorators in Ghatkopar.
