I personally manage the floor-to-ceiling draping, the stage construction, and the crowd management barricades on-site. This means I am there to handle Mumbai weather surprises or last-minute seating changes, so you do not have to worry about the logistics before your guests arrive. These projects demonstrate my range in event infrastructure and decoration. Whether you are hosting a high-profile corporate launch or a large community religious gathering, the principles remain the same: strong staging, clear signage, and comfortable seating. ### Corporate and Exhibition Setup For corporate clients, I focus on brand visibility. This involves professional venue fabrication—using wall-to-wall carpeting, custom-printed flex backdrops for branding, and structured entrance gates. I ensure that everything from the red carpet walkway to the LED lighting washes is aligned with your company’s visual identity. I also handle the behind-the-scenes needs, such as pedestal fans for climate control and efficient crowd flow using barricading. ### Large Community Gatherings Setting up for thousands of guests requires a different approach. I specialize in erecting massive shamiana tents with geometric fabric ceilings that provide shelter while maintaining an open, airy feel. My team manages the full assembly, including elevated wooden stages with carpeted access steps, PA systems for clear speech delivery, and organized theatre-style seating. We handle the logistical heavy lifting, ensuring that large-scale functions on open grounds run without a hitch. ### Why My Approach Works I am not a corporate agency that sends a team and leaves. I am a local decorator based in Ghatkopar, which means I know the venues, the local requirements, and the common challenges of hosting events in Mumbai. My goal is to make your event look great and function perfectly, regardless of the size. If you have a vision, share it with me, and I will handle the execution. ## About Vaishali Decorators I am Rajesh from Vaishali Decorators in Ghatkopar.
