I personally ensure the visitor flow works, from the box-arch entrance and clear directional signage to the placement of fans and lighting for the vendors. When you have hundreds of people moving through, the layout needs to be solid and safe. My exhibition setups are built for function and visibility. Whether you are hosting a community fun fair or a corporate exhibition, I work with a bamboo framework system for stalls, creating distinct 6x6 or 8x8 foot booths that give every vendor their own space. I handle the production of flex headers for stall identification, as well as directional boards to guide guests to washrooms and exits. For larger exhibitions, I manage the site infrastructure from the ground up. This includes: * **Crowd Flow:** I use carpet runners for VIP aisles and bamboo-rope barricading to manage visitor queues and maintain order. * **Comfort:** Mumbai heat is a challenge, so I provide pedestal fans for walkways and common areas to keep the atmosphere comfortable. * **Branding:** I install the box-arch entrance gates and welcome flex banners to give your event a professional look from the moment guests arrive. I have managed setups for groups like the Ghatkopar Ghoghari Yuva Group, where the goal was to keep the food court, stall alley, and main stage area running smoothly simultaneously. If you have an empty space, show me the layout and I will tell you what we can build there. ## About Vaishali Decorators I am Rajesh from Vaishali Decorators.
