I focus on the infrastructure that makes an event work. I manage everything from installing wall-to-wall carpeting and fabric masking to hide bare walls, to setting up the PA system and cooling units. I don't just decorate; I build a functional environment where your guests can focus on your business. ### Setting Up Your Corporate Space I treat every corporate event like a professional project. Whether you are hosting a product launch in a hall or a fun fair in an open ground, I bring the right materials to convert the space into a branded venue. #### What I Bring to Your Event - **Venue Fabrication:** I use full floor-to-ceiling pleated curtain draping to mask raw walls or unfinished construction. I also provide wall-to-wall synthetic carpeting in red or green to cover the entire event footprint, giving the floor a clean, uniform look. - **Branding & Stages:** Your logo is the focal point. I construct wooden-frame stages with tight-stretched, wrinkle-free flex backdrops. To make the brand pop, I install LED Par Cans (wash lights) that keep the stage area bright and visible. - **Seating & Comfort:** Depending on your event, I arrange theatre-style rows or banquet-style rounds. All chairs come with clean white covers. For VIP guests, I set up sofa lounges and center tables to ensure they have a comfortable place to network. - **Climate Control & Logistics:** Mumbai heat is real. I provide jumbo air coolers for indoor comfort and pedestal fans for larger open-air setups. I also manage the entrance area with branded box-arch gates and directional signage to ensure guests know where to go. ### How I Work I handle the setup from scratch. You tell me your requirements—seating capacity, company theme colors, and any specific branding needs—and I sort out the rest. I arrive early to manage the assembly, so you aren't left running around on the day of the event. If you need a site inauguration kit with a brass lamp and tray, or just a simple, professional stage, just let me know. ## About Vaishali Decorators I am Rajesh from Vaishali Decorators.
