Small home birthdays, low-ticket housewarmings, and quick puja-only setups are not the right fit for us; you will get better value going to a smaller, more local provider for those. ### What's In-House - Decor: floral stage backdrops, entrance arches, pedestals, props including our signature floral cycle rickshaw for photo moments. - Catering: multi-cuisine buffet or sit-down service, full veg or non-veg. - Light and Sound: stage lighting, classical, light, folk, and DJ. - Photography, videography, and gifting if you need them clubbed in. ### How We Work A uniformed team is on site through the event running the timeline, coordinating vendors, and managing guest flow. ### Singular Services Decor or catering can be hired on their own; light, sound, photography, and gifting only come bundled with one of those. ## Highlights Browse through Vaatika Events's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/vaatika__events/social-event-planning/featured) - ![We specialize in creating breathtaking floral installations that serve as the perfect backdrop for any milestone event. We've been doing this since 2018 and have organised close to 60 large events so far. I'm the person running around on event day, fussing over light angles and whether the flowers look just right. For us it's not only about planning, it's about making sure things actually happen the way you imagined. We don't just talk, we do, every event, every time. ### My work - **What we offer**: Weddings, large corporate events, and large-scale celebrations, with in-house decor, catering, light and sound, photography, gifting, and on-ground coordination. - **We work at scale**: Premium, large-format events are our home ground; we are not the right fit for small home birthdays or low-ticket setups. - **Any wedding tradition**: South Indian mandap work, North Indian receptions, beach setups, and destination weddings across India, all handled by our own team. - **Standalone decor or catering**: Most clients book us end-to-end, but decor or catering can also be hired on their own if that is all you need. - **On-ground execution**: A uniformed team is on site to run the timeline, manage vendors, and keep your family out of the operational details. - **Bengaluru base, India reach**: Our office is in Marsur, Bengaluru; we travel for destination work across India. ## More services from Vaatika Events - [Wedding Planning & Management](https://mytribe.in/vaatika__events/wedding-planning-management) · ₹2-15L per wedding event (estimate) - [Corporate Event Planning](https://mytribe.in/vaatika__events/corporate-event-planning) · ₹1.5-12L per event (estimate) ## Experts similar to Vaatika Events on mytribe - [Social Event Planning by Prajyothi Events & Arts](https://mytribe.in/prajyothieventsarts/social-event-planning) · ₹20-70K per event (estimate) · PRAJYOTHI Events and Arts - [Personal & Social Event Planning by FlamingoBox](https://mytribe.in/flamingobox.in/personal-social-event-planning) · ₹35K-2.5L per event (estimate) · FlamingoBOX Events & Gifts - [Wedding & Social Event Decoration by Event Architects](https://mytribe.in/eventarchitects_7/wedding-social-event-decoration) · ₹40K-1.5L per event (estimate) · Bengaluru - [Family & Milestone Event Decoration by Satweek](https://mytribe.in/bangalore_birthdayplanner/family-milestone-event-decoration) · ₹7-35K per event (estimate) · Bengaluru - [Event Decoration by Squiggle Decorations](https://mytribe.in/squiggle_decoration/event-decoration) · ₹12-50K per event (estimate) · Squiggle Decorations & Event Management - [Social Event Planning & Decoration by Nalesa by Geethanjali Santosh](https://mytribe.in/weddingsbygeethanjali/social-event-planning-decoration) · ₹60K-4L per event (estimate) · Nalesa - [Social & Milestone Event Decoration by Asha Decorators](https://mytribe.in/asha_events_/social-milestone-event-decoration) · ₹12K-1.2L per event (estimate) · Thirthahalli - [Event Design & Decoration by Decor by Aditya](https://mytribe.in/decorbyaditya/event-design-decoration) · ₹40K-7L per event (estimate) · Bengaluru - [Personal & Social Event Planning by Mann Events](https://mytribe.in/mann_eventz/personal-social-event-planning) · ₹20K-1.2L per event (estimate) · Mann Events - [Social & Milestone Event Decoration by Party Choice](https://mytribe.in/partychoice.in/social-milestone-event-decoration) · ₹10-45K per event (estimate) · Bengaluru ## Book To book Vaatika Events, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%2C%20I'm%20looking%20for%20Social%20Event%20Planning%20by%20Vaatika%20Events.)
