Whether it is a floral tunnel for a gala entrance or a neon-lit setup for a product launch, I ensure every installation is sturdy, well-lit, and positioned to drive social media sharing while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic. ### High-Impact Production Good decor isn't just about how things look; it is about how they are built and lit. My team manages the complete fabrication process, from installing 16ft wooden frames for backdrops to setting up custom risers and floor masking. We don't just rely on standard venue furniture. We use intelligent moving head lighting, truss rigs, and projection mapping to alter the mood of a space completely. ### Integrating AV and Decor Lighting is the most overlooked element of event design. I use LED Par cans for venue color washing and crisp, shadow-free COB lighting to highlight decor elements. If we are setting up a photo zone, the framing—whether it is gold-finish metal or artificial greenery—is always paired with the correct intensity of lighting to ensure it actually looks good in guest photos. ### Practical Execution * **Fabrication:** We handle custom T-ramp setups, glossy HIPS sheet finishes, and structural rigging for lighting. * **Brand Focus:** For corporate events, I integrate branding directly into the set design, utilizing neon signage, custom vinyl, and LED split-screens. * **Logistics:** We bring our own manpower, tools, and technical support. My team is trained and uniformed, ensuring the setup process at your venue is efficient and avoids the typical chaos of event installation. Whether you need a full floral theme for a destination wedding or a high-tech, modern look for a corporate product launch, I handle the technical specs so you can focus on the event itself. ## About Vaatika Events I’m the person at Vaatika Events who is on-site checking every light angle and floral arrangement. I believe decor should be functional as well as visual, which is why my team focuses on building durable, high-impact setups that actually stand up to a full day of events.
