For every project, I personally verify cable management and lighting angles to ensure the structural elements support your specific venue dimensions, whether it is a conference hall or an outdoor lawn. ### Custom Production & Fabrication My approach to stage design starts with the structural requirements of your venue. I use professional-grade materials for fabrication, including wooden frames for backdrops, metal trusses for lighting rigs, and glossy HIPS sheets or carpet for stage surfaces. Whether you need a 24ft glossy T-ramp for a fashion show or a functional riser for a corporate panel, I handle the build from start to finish. ### AV & Lighting Integration A stage is only as good as the tech supporting it. I integrate P3 LED video walls, high-lumens projectors, and professional sound systems directly into the set design. For evening galas, I use intelligent moving head beams (Sharpies), LED par cans, and haze machines to create dynamic environments. I manage the technical layout to ensure microphones and speakers are positioned for clarity, avoiding the common pitfalls of feedback and audio dead zones. ### Corporate & Conference Layouts For standard conferences, I focus on visibility and branding. This includes: * **Seating Logistics:** Banquet chair layouts that maintain clear sightlines to the stage. * **Backdrops:** Branded 16ft x 10ft frames with matte-finish flex to prevent glare during photography. * **Operational Support:** Every setup includes dedicated tech support with an operator and laptop to manage your visual presentations. ### Travel & Setup I plan and execute these setups in Bengaluru, Mysuru, and across India.
