At Uruvana, we curate our schedule to reflect both the external environment—like lunar cycles and seasons—and the internal needs of our community. We offer over 20 different healing modalities every month in our Indiranagar studio, ensuring there is a door open for everyone. ### How to Choose Your Path If you are new to this, we often recommend starting with one of our sound baths or meditation circles. These sessions do not require previous experience, they simply require your presence. For those looking for something deeper, our shamanic journeys and ancestral healing ceremonies offer more immersive work. ### The Space Everything is held in a space we have actively cleared and tended.
