This physical support allows your nervous system to fully let go, while the intentional application of doTERRA essential oils and the live sound bath work to guide you into a deeper state of consciousness. Our shamanic journeys are not passive experiences. They are active engagements with your inner landscape, structured over two hours to ensure you move from the noise of the city into a place of quiet reflection. ### The Session Flow Each gathering begins by setting the altar, where we clear the space using smudging and intention. We use aromatic plant essences to prime your senses, acting as a bridge between the physical and the subtle realms. You are then guided through a shamanic visualization to identify and connect with a plant spirit ally. This is followed by a sound bath, where we use Svaram singing bowls and gongs to anchor the work at a cellular level. ### Why We Include an Integration Circle Healing can bring up unexpected emotions. We never rush you out the door. We end every session with a facilitated sharing circle over warm, hand-blended herbal tea. This time is vital for processing what you experienced while suspended in the hammock. It helps you ground the insights you received so they remain with you after you leave our Indiranagar studio. ### Who This Is For This space is for you if you are feeling stuck or disconnected and are looking for more than just a quick relaxation session. You do not need prior experience in shamanism or meditation to join.
