We begin by setting an intentional altar with specific energetic barriers, ensuring the space feels protected and grounded. Whether we are clearing heavy patterns during Pitru Paksha or working with lunar cycles, our focus remains on providing a safe, quiet environment where you can actually sit with your feelings and process your lineage without judgment. Ancestral healing is often misunderstood as heavy or complex, but at Uruvana, we treat it as a homecoming. When you engage with your lineage, you are essentially reclaiming the talents and strengths that may have been buried under years of trauma or generational silence.
