You are lying on a Svaram sound bed where tuned strings are played directly beneath you. This creates a vibro-acoustic experience that resonates through the water in your body—about 70% of your physical form—to physically loosen muscular tension and quiet the mind in ways that standard meditation often cannot. Sound healing works by transcending verbal communication to access the nervous system directly. By using instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and the Sonorium, we facilitate a process called entrainment, where your brainwaves shift from busy Beta states into restorative Alpha or Theta states. In our Indiranagar studio, we have created an acoustically treated sanctuary to ensure these frequencies are felt fully, without the interruptions of city noise. Our private Sonorium sessions are unique in Bengaluru. Unlike group sound baths where sound fills the room, the sound bed creates a direct, body-resonant experience. For group sound baths, we use floating hammocks, which add a sensation of weightlessness that complements the sound journey.
