During these sessions, participants act as 'representatives' for family members, allowing us to externalize and observe these hidden systemic ties in a safe, guided setting. This is not about talking through the past, but physically seeing and releasing the knots that have kept you stuck, guided by facilitators trained in systemic work. ### Understanding Systemic Healing Many of the patterns we repeat in life are not entirely our own. They are often inherited responses, loyalties, or traumas from previous generations. Family Constellation work is a therapeutic method designed to bring these unconscious loyalties to the surface. By mapping out your family system in a group setting, we can identify where energy has become blocked or entangled. ### What to Expect in a Workshop * **Active Participation:** You may be asked to represent someone in another person's constellation or simply observe. Even as a representative, you often find that the work resonates with your own personal journey. * **A Safe Container:** Our sessions in Indiranagar are held in a climate-controlled, quiet studio. We provide a protected space where vulnerability is held with respect and confidentiality. * **The Outcome:** The goal is not to fix the past, but to restore order and flow in the present. Many participants report a sense of profound relief, a shift in their relationship with family members, or a sudden clarity regarding a long-standing issue. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Is this therapy?** While therapeutic in nature, this is a distinct systemic approach. It focuses on the 'field' of the family rather than individual psychoanalysis. **Do I need to share my whole family history?** No. You only share what is necessary for the facilitator to set up the constellation. The work happens through the movement and positioning of representatives. **Where are the sessions held?** All our intensive workshops take place at our studio in Indiranagar. We ensure the space is energetically cleansed and prepared, creating an environment that supports deep, focused work. ## About Uruvana Wellness I'm Rupal, and I created Uruvana to be a sanctuary where we don't just talk about healing, but feel it. I facilitate these ancestral spaces because I have seen how much lighter we walk when we finally put down burdens that were never ours to carry in the first place.
