We don't just put on a sound bath; we build a container for your healing. Every session follows a flow: * **Grounding:** We begin with mindful breathwork and gentle movement to shift you out of the 'thinking' mind. * **The Ritual:** Depending on the moon phase, we use specific instruments—Tibetan bowls, crystal quartz bowls, and gongs—alongside aromatherapy and crystals to help break up energy blocks. * **Deep Listening:** You are guided into a state of deep relaxation where the frequency of the sound works at a cellular level, helping to soothe the nervous system. * **Integration:** We always close with a community circle and herbal tea, allowing you to process what came up before you step back out into the world. ### What You Need to Know These sessions are group-based, but we keep our circles small to ensure a personal, safe environment.
