Because we keep our gatherings intimate, we recommend checking the latest schedule before planning your visit to our Indiranagar studio. At Uruvana, we see our event schedule as a living extension of our community. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all wellness path, so we rotate our offerings to ensure there is always something new to explore. Whether you are looking for the primal rhythm of our monthly drum circles, the deep stillness of a sound bath, or the guided insight of our ancestral workshops, you will find a variety of ways to engage. ### What to expect from our gatherings: * **Seasonal & Lunar Alignments:** We lean into natural cycles, with regular New Moon and Full Moon circles that focus on intention-setting, breathwork, and deep restoration. * **Community Circles:** From women's circles to reading groups, these sessions are about shared vulnerability and honest conversation. They are safe spaces to connect without judgment. * **Technical Healing Workshops:** We host specialists for events like the Alexander Technique, ThetaHealing, and family constellation work. These are intensive sessions designed to help you release patterns and gain clarity. * **Sound & Movement:** You will find everything from Nada Yoga and traditional Tibetan sound baths to our signature floating aerial sound sessions. No prior experience is required for these; just show up ready to participate. All our events are held in our acoustically treated, energetically cleansed studio in Indiranagar. Since these are smaller, intentional groups, we update our schedule regularly. If you see a gathering that speaks to you, we recommend reaching out early to secure your spot, as our circles fill up quickly to keep the energy balanced and personal. ## About Uruvana Wellness I'm Rupal, the founder of Uruvana.
