Whether you are stepping into your first drum circle or looking for a quiet moment in a sound bath, our studio in Indiranagar is designed to be a landing spot. We provide all the mats, instruments, and bolsters so you can simply arrive as you are and let the session unfold. Our studio acts as an urban refuge for anyone feeling burnt out or disconnected. When we host a drum circle or a sound bath, the goal is not perfection but presence. You might come in feeling anxious or heavy, but by the time you leave, the goal is to feel grounded in your own body again. We host a variety of gatherings tailored to different needs: * **Sound & Vibration:** Our aerial hammock sound baths use crystal singing bowls and gongs to help your nervous system transition into deep rest. It is a weightless experience that often feels like returning to the womb. * **Community Circles:** From women’s circles focused on intimacy and personal growth to drum circles that require no musical background, these events are about rediscovering the primal joy of connection. * **Ancestral & Systemic Work:** We provide a container for deeper inquiries, including Family Constellations, which allow you to process inherited patterns in a safe, guided setting. Everything we do is anchored in intention. The space is cleansed daily, and we use high-quality instruments to ensure the frequency of the room supports your process. If you are unsure where to start, you are welcome to visit just to breathe and get a sense of the energy here. There is no right or wrong way to participate; we are just here to hold the space for your journey. ## About Uruvana Wellness I am Rupal, the founder of Uruvana. This studio is a physical manifestation of my desire to create a home for anyone seeking spiritual, mental, or emotional support.
