These sessions use systemic work to reveal hidden dynamics, allowing you to honor the past while choosing your own path forward. We provide floor seating with back support, herbal teas, and a safe, quiet environment so you can focus entirely on your internal journey. When we work with ancestral and systemic healing, we look at the invisible threads that connect us to our history. Whether it is Family Constellation work or specific ancestral ceremonies, these workshops help you uncover the patterns that might be holding you back in your personal or professional life. At Uruvana, we create a sanctuary for this work. Our Indiranagar studio is set up with a central altar, candles, and fresh flowers to help you stay grounded. The sessions typically last between 2 to 4 hours, giving you the time and space to go deep. We keep these groups intimate, providing dedicated floor seating with back support bolsters so your physical comfort does not distract from your work. This practice is not about analyzing the past but about finding a way to integrate it.
