## About Commercial Interior Design

We design for comfort, for legacy, and for the people who use the space every day. Our work is about spaces that last - not just physically, but in how they feel and function over time. I get a real kick when a client comes back to us years later, wanting another space designed just for them. That trust drives everything we do.

### How We Shape Commercial Spaces

- I handle all types of commercial interiors - offices, showrooms, retail, even spaces with tricky layouts.
- For me, modern office workspace design means thinking about how people actually move and work: sunlight at desks, reception areas that don’t just look good but make you feel welcome, and little tweaks that set the mood right from the door.
- When it comes to executive suite interiors, I go all in - think plush materials, custom furniture, maybe a lounge or a private bedroom. It has to feel personal, not generic.

### Details That Matter

- I like mixing things up - maybe raw concrete with warm oak, or using construction steel as a screen. It’s about finding beauty in the unexpected.
- Double-height rooms, indoor bridges, and courtyards often find their way into our plans. They aren’t just for show - they bring in light, connect people, and make a place feel bigger.
- A lot of what I do is bespoke interior solutions. One-off desks, custom walls, unique lighting - I want your space to be truly yours.

### Projects That Tell a Story

- Used a company’s own steel to build out their office, right down to the handles.
- Designed a terrace garden outside a leadership suite in Delhi - it’s a little escape in the city.

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter spaces. If you want something that feels right for you and stands the test of time, that’s what I’m here for.

## Meet your expert

### My story

We’re Urbanscape Architects, started by Dinesh Panwar in 2008. Buildings, for us, aren’t just walls and roofs—they’re memories, stories, comfort. We dive deep into every project, get our hands dirty with sketches and site work, always chasing that feeling when a client comes back after years. That trust? That’s why we do it. We love playing with forms, mixing materials, and making spaces that actually feel like home.

### My work

- **Architecture & Interior Design for Luxury Residences**: We design luxury villas, apartments, offices, and industrial spaces, tailoring each project to client needs.
- **Clean, Modern, and Bespoke Detailing**: Our style blends contemporary and classical, with bespoke interior detailing and a focus on materiality.
- **Triple-Height Spaces & Nature Integration**: We create triple-height living spaces, bridges, courtyards—bringing greenery inside for a nature-integrated design.
- **Client Trust & Lasting Relationships**: We value long-term trust. Many clients come back for new projects, appreciating our detail-oriented approach.
