We handle the structural heavy lifting first—waterproofing, drainage, and load-bearing pergolas—so you are not dealing with leaks or repairs two years down the line. It is the unglamorous part that ensures your evening cocktail hour stays stress-free. ### Beyond Just Plants Many homeowners treat a terrace as a storage spot for old furniture or a place for a few potted plants. We see it as a functional extension of your living room. When we take on a luxury terrace project, we start with the reality of the structure. Is the drainage adequate? Will the pergola handle high winds? We address these constraints before we even discuss the aesthetics of the bar or the lighting. ### Our Turnkey Approach We are a design-build studio, which means you are not juggling architects, contractors, and gardeners. We manage the entire transformation from your vision to the final handover. Whether it is installing an outdoor bar counter in Pushpanjali or creating a private jacuzzi zone in a Punjabi Bagh penthouse, our process stays the same: we use durable materials like WPC louvers, MS pergolas, and weather-resistant wicker that can actually survive Delhi weather. ### Key Features of Our Retreats * **Structural Pergolas:** Custom-fabricated to create shade and define your lounge zone. * **Ambient Lighting:** IP65 waterproof strips and warm sconces that make the space usable at midnight, not just during the day. * **Outdoor Living Setup:** From stone-clad bars to dedicated jacuzzi areas, we build to maximize your square footage. We love mixing textures—natural stone, artificial turf, and wood-finish panels—to create a space that feels lush without the high maintenance of a traditional garden. If you have the space, we have the plan to make it your favorite corner of the house. ## About Urban Living Studio We are Priya and Tushar Malik, the team behind Urban Living Studio. We see a blank terrace and immediately spot the potential for a private retreat, not just a storage space. We do not just decorate; we build complete, livable outdoor extensions of your home that stand up to the local weather.
