We handle the entire build from initial blueprint to final styling, so you do not have to manage the chaos. We ask that you trust the process, because watching that bare terrace evolve into a functional bar or lounge is exactly how we deliver our signature finish. Our approach centers on erasing the boundary between your indoor lounge and your outdoor deck. In our Punjabi Bagh projects, we used sliding glass doors and herringbone flooring to ensure the living room feels like it extends directly onto the terrace. For larger properties like the Amarna farmhouse retreat, we focus on creating complete ecosystems, from the private pool area to the structural glasshouse gym. We avoid the fluff. Our work is structural, weather-proof, and built to survive Delhi NCR winters and summers. Whether it is installing heavy-gauge MS fabrication for a rooftop pergola or waterproofing a garden area, we prioritize durability before adding the aesthetics. You will notice this in the details, like the magnetic track lighting or the custom-camouflaged AC units that keep the visual clutter away. If you are wondering how your specific space can be transformed, look at the project photos here. Each represents a journey from a messy site to a finished sanctuary. We act as the single point of contact for design, build, and supervision. ## About Urban Living Studio We are Priya and Tushar Malik.
