In the client video below from Sector 57, you can hear how we address those common fears, from handling waterproofing correctly to being honest about material quality, so you know exactly what to expect on your site. Our approach to landscape design is built on accountability. We understand that home renovation involves dust, noise, and uncertainty. That is why we emphasize the process as much as the final aesthetic. When clients tell us they can finally trust a design team, that is the real reward. ### Award Winning Design In 2024, we were honored to be named the Futuristic and Trendsetter Landscape Design Firm of the Year by Design Awards India. This recognition validates our commitment to integrating nature with modern architecture. It is not just about winning trophies, but about setting a standard for how outdoor spaces should be built in the NCR region. ### Featured Expertise Our work has also been highlighted in the January 2024 issue of Ace Update Magazine. The feature explored our philosophy on merging indoor luxury with outdoor functionality. Whether it is a terrace glasshouse or a complete villa landscape, our focus remains on creating spaces that stand the test of time. ### What Our Clients Say Renovating a terrace can be stressful, especially if you have had negative experiences in the past. We pride ourselves on clear communication. If a material is not right or a design element won't work practically, we tell you upfront. This honesty has helped us turn many first-time clients into long-term friends. We invite you to listen to their experiences and see the results of the work we have delivered across Gurgaon. ## About Urban Living Studio We are Priya and Tushar Malik.
