We do not just hide them; we build custom planter boxes around them with integrated lighting, so your terrace stays lush and clutter-free while everything keeps running smoothly. Your rooftop is an extension of your living room, not just a place for water tanks and wires. When we approach terrace design, we treat it like architecture, not just decoration. ### Our Approach to Rooftop Design We start every project with a 3D visualization. You will see exactly how your space looks before we break ground. This ensures that the flow, the lounge areas, and the bar placement feel natural rather than forced. ### Key Elements We Integrate * **Flooring & Structures:** We use heavy-duty WPC decking and MS pergolas that withstand Delhi's weather, ensuring your terrace lasts for years. * **Lighting:** We layer our lighting schemes, using IP65-rated uplighters and string lights to create a lounge atmosphere for evening entertainment. * **Greenery:** From vertical bio-walls to mature specimen trees, we bring nature into concrete spaces, balancing hardscaping with organic softness. ### The Build Process We know that construction can feel messy. That is why we manage everything from site survey to final handover. We coordinate the civil work, waterproofing, fabrication, and electricals, so you do not have to manage multiple vendors. Whether you want a neo-classical garden escape or a modern rooftop restaurant vibe, we tailor the materials and layout to suit your specific lifestyle needs. If you have an unused rooftop in Delhi NCR, it is time to put it to work. ## About Urban Living Studio We are Priya and Tushar Malik, the garden glam squad behind Urban Living Studio. We love seeing a messy construction site and turning it into a space where you actually want to spend your evenings. We take the stress out of the build so you can just enjoy the view.
