## About Commercial Landscape Architecture

### Why It Matters

Outdoor areas can do way more than just look pretty - I see every commercial space as a chance to make something that speaks for your brand. I’m all about creating a vibe that connects people, your building, and nature, so clients and employees actually enjoy being there.

### Spaces We Shape

I work on upscale commercial landscape architecture. That means:
- Grand entrances with bold boundary walls, artworks, and lighting that stick in people’s minds.
- Rooftop landscape design for hotels, offices, and restaurants - imagine comfortable lounges, bars, ambient lights, and water features that turn unused spots into money-makers.
- Hospitality landscape solutions for resorts, farmhouses, and retreats. I’m good at everything from naturalistic pathways to luxury pools and outdoor pavilions.

### How I Work

I handle the whole process - from site study and design visualization (you’ll see 3D renders before anything gets built), to full construction and finishing touches. To be honest, sometimes the site looks like a mess during work, but I always say, “Trust the process of making ✨”.

### What Sets Me Apart

You’ll see:
- High-end materials like stone and wood, with lots of greenery
- Dramatic lighting for nighttime impact
- Bespoke water features and structures
- Integrated art pieces as bold statements

I turn ordinary outdoor spaces into something memorable. That’s what I’m about.

## Meet your expert

[Urban Living Studio](https://mytribe.in/urbanlivingstudio)

### My story

Hey, we’re Priya and Tushar Malik, running Urban Living Studio. We love seeing a dull terrace or messy site and dreaming up what it could be. Trust the process – we always say that. Our thing is mixing nature with architecture, making spaces that actually feel alive. Awards are nice, but the real win is watching kids run around in a backyard we built. That’s when we know we nailed it.

### My work

- **Design & Build for Outdoor Spaces**: We create luxury landscapes for terraces, lawns, penthouses, and commercial sites, all across India.
- **Luxury in the Details**: We believe every space deserves iconic touches, not just function. Details matter to us.
- **From Blueprint to Reality**: We handle everything - design, build, supervision. You just chill while we transform your space.
- **Style Choices**: From neo-classical outdoor design to eclectic garden makeover, we mix styles for your own haven.
- **Who We Work With**: Anyone wanting a backyard sanctuary or luxury terrace landscaping - we’re your garden glam squad.
