We start with a warm floral soak to soften the skin, followed by rhythmic work with heated herbal pouches that actually reach those stubborn muscle knots in your calves and feet. It is a 45 to 60-minute process designed to help you completely switch off—many of our clients drift off to sleep mid-session because the steam and the oil absorption feel that good. Think of this as a complete reset for your body. The Kerala Potli Foot Spa is not a cosmetic pedicure; it is pure, traditional therapy. We begin with a warm basin soak using fresh rose petals and salts to calm your senses. From there, we move to a manual Ayurvedic massage from your toes to your calves using warm, organic herbal oils. The highlight is the Potli heat therapy, where we use rhythmically heated herbal pouches on your pressure points to relieve deep tension. We finish with a steam treatment to open your pores for maximum oil absorption, often adding a vibration massager to stimulate tired muscles. Since this is an exclusive ladies-only space in Borivali West, you can relax in total peace. Whether you are prepping for an event or just need to recover after a long week, this treatment is your go-to. Note that this service does not include nail filing or cuticle cutting, as our focus is entirely on therapeutic relief and muscle recovery. If you are looking for aesthetic nail care, feel free to combine this with our Signature Alga Pedicure. ## About Urbane Salon I am Sneha, and I started Urbane Salon to give women a space to truly exhale.
