We can turn these empty concrete spots into a green sanctuary, whether you want a low-maintenance artificial lawn or a living biowall. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This project is a perfect example of a full terrace transformation. I installed a living wall, laid down a maintenance-free artificial lawn, and the space was completed with a pergola and outdoor furniture, turning an unused roof into a family-friendly space.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/aa20f02b-619e-463d-829a-52ae9e8861af) ## About Complete Terrace & Balcony Makeovers When we convert a concrete terrace into a garden, our primary focus is drainage and structural health. We use modular systems with air gaps between the wall and the grid, which prevents dampness and seepage while ensuring your plants have the airflow they need to thrive. It is not just about making the space look good; it is about building a foundation that lasts. ### How We Approach Your Space Every terrace and balcony has its own challenges, from limited sunlight to structural load concerns. At Urban Green Nursery, we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are in Delhi, Noida, or Jaipur, we start by understanding what you actually want to do in the space. **If you want a living garden:** We use our own nursery-grown hardy plants like Syngoniums and Ferns. These are installed in modular, soil-less pot systems with drip irrigation. This keeps the weight down and makes maintenance simple. **If you want a zero-maintenance setup:** We use high-quality, UV-stabilized artificial grass and foliage panels. These are perfect for balconies that get harsh afternoon sun or for commercial spaces where watering is not practical. Our premium 3D panels even feature mixed vegetation like Monsteras and Ivy for a realistic, wild look that does not need a drop of water. ### The Full Makeover A complete transformation often combines a few elements: * **Grounding:** Artificial turf installation that is drainage-friendly. * **Verticals:** Adding a biowall or green wall panel to hide boring boundary walls. * **Finishing:** Integrating pergolas, seating zones, or even lighting to make the area functional in the evening. We bring everything to your site—plants, framework, and irrigation gear—and handle the installation from start to finish. ## About Urban Green Nursery We are the team at Urban Green Nursery based in Gajraula.
