Even if you have never danced before, we break down those tricky festive moves into simple steps you can actually follow. We ditch the pressure of perfection because, for me, Navratri is about enjoying the mahol and dancing until your feet hurt, not about being a pro. During my 5 day Navratri Garba crash course, we do much more than just memorize steps. We spend 90 minutes each day building stamina and rhythm, which is vital when you are out on the grounds for hours. I teach the fundamentals like 2-taali, 3-taali, and Popatiyu, but the real focus is on group coordination. Dancing in a circle is a skill, and we practice moving in sync so you feel confident jumping into any group at your local pandal. We meet in professional studios in Delhi NCR with mirrors and wooden floors, giving you a safe space to practice your twirls without worrying about crowds. By the end of the course, we record a group performance so you have a memory of your progress. It is not just about the dance moves, but about building enough endurance to enjoy the festival from start to finish. If you are feeling shy or nervous, remember that everyone in the group is there to learn. We keep the vibe friendly and relaxed, so you can focus on the music and the festive spirit. Whether you are coming solo or with friends, you will leave knowing how to hold your own on the dance floor. ## About Shruti Srivastava I am Shruti, a self-confessed Garba paglu who believes that festivals are best enjoyed on the dance floor.
