## About Corporate & University Workshops

We do not do boring presentations. Every workshop is hands-on, putting participants through realistic scenarios like managing aggressive situations or mastering ground defense so they leave with muscle memory, not just notes. We focus on what works in the real world, ensuring your team learns to think and act under pressure.

When we step into a corporate office or a university hall, we treat it as an extension of the dojo. Our training for partners like NIFT, Ather, and Zerofox is designed to cut through the noise. We move beyond theory to provide actionable skills that prioritize personal safety and environmental awareness.

Our workshops cover the fundamentals of striking, grappling, and situational escape techniques. We do not sugarcoat the reality of potential threats. Instead, we teach participants how to recognize danger early and react effectively, whether it involves defending against chokes, holds, or unexpected physical confrontations. We intentionally use mixed-gender groups to simulate realistic dynamics, helping everyone understand that self-defense is about leverage and mindset, not just raw strength.

For academic institutions, we can adapt our curriculum into structured modules. As seen with our involvement in NIFT’s academic curriculum, we are capable of delivering extended programs that foster long-term discipline and physical fitness alongside self-defense. For corporate teams, we prioritize high-impact, time-efficient sessions that fit into busy schedules while still delivering a rigorous workout.
