We use professional-grade tatami mats that provide the right grip for BJJ and wrestling takedowns, while offering enough cushioning to protect your joints during high-impact striking drills. ### The Right Gear We are fully stocked with high-quality punching bags. You will find heavy bags for power development and specific uppercut bags to help you refine your precision. It is all about putting in the work, so we keep the gear accessible, well-maintained, and ready for your daily grind. ### Two Dedicated Locations Whether you are training at our HSR Layout facility or our Kodichikkanahalli branch, the atmosphere remains consistent. We do not focus on commercial frills like fancy saunas or juice bars. We focus on training.
