Some days it’s friendly, some days it gets intense, because you need to handle both. - We drill a lot – pad work, combos, footwork – you’ll sweat, but you’ll see results. ### Conditioning & Nutrition - Combat athlete conditioning means you’ll do strength work (dumbbells, pull-ups, gada), push your stamina (battle ropes, sprints), and work on agility (ladder drills, cones). - I sort out fight camp nutrition for you, so weight cuts and muscle gains don’t mess up your training. ### Real Fighters, Real Results My fighters win medals.
