Whether it is a sleek acrylic sheet for a wedding reception or a durable sunboard for a kid's carnival, we ensure the mounting—whether on an easel or integrated into a floral arch—is sturdy and properly lit with focused LED spots so guests see your message immediately upon arrival. Signage acts as the anchor for your event's theme from the moment guests walk in. Our approach to event signage in Bangalore focuses on clear communication and visual cohesion. We handle everything from the design and printing to the physical installation at the venue. ### Material and Style Options - **Acrylic & Glass:** Ideal for formal weddings, engagements, and anniversaries. We use high-quality vinyl lettering on clear or frosted acrylic, often placed on a gold or wooden easel with fresh floral sprays. - **Sunboard & Flex:** The standard for birthday parties and larger corporate events. We mount printed sunboards or flex on wooden frames, which allows for vibrant, full-color designs that match your specific party theme, such as superhero motifs or carnival graphics. - **Lighting & Accents:** A sign is only as effective as its visibility. We include LED PAR cans to uplight your welcome board, ensuring it stands out during evening receptions. For traditional events, we incorporate marigold torans or floral headers directly onto the board frame to tie it into the broader decor. ### Practical Considerations When we plan your entrance, we account for the venue's wind and lighting conditions. A board that looks great in a studio might need extra weight on a windy outdoor lawn. We also prioritize readability—selecting font weights and sizes that are legible from a distance. If you have specific venue restrictions or branding requirements for corporate events, we adapt our mounting structures to comply while maintaining the aesthetic flow of your event. ## About Unique Events We are Unique Events, and we believe the small details—like a perfectly placed welcome board—are what tie an entire event together.
