Whether it is their first match or they have played before, I organize games that prioritize learning, confidence, and teamwork over the final score. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This video shows highlights from an Under-12 friendly match between Uncaged Football and SAR Arena. It's amazing to see the skill and passion these young kids bring to the pitch.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/6692e8a3-2904-4a20-8f4a-a3b82f5fcd12) ## About Youth Development Matches These friendly matches are designed to give young players real experience in a supportive setting, not a high-pressure environment. I handle the fixture planning, field setup, and refereeing so the focus stays entirely on the kids enjoying the game, building their technique, and learning sportsmanship on the grass. At Uncaged, I believe the pitch is the best classroom. When I arrange U-12 friendly matches in South Delhi, the goal is simple: let the kids express themselves. You will see us playing at spots like Jamali Kamali, where we move away from the traditional, stressful tournament model. My sessions and matches are run by AIFF-licensed coaches. We do not just toss a ball and hope for the best. I manage the fixture list, coordinate with opponent teams of similar skill levels, and ensure there are referees on the pitch who value fair play above everything else. We use these games to teach life skills. Dealing with a loss, respecting the opponent, and celebrating a teammate's goal are the real trophies for me. Whether you represent a club, a school, or just a group of friends looking for a competitive but safe environment, I ensure the setup is professional, from the bibs to the post-match debrief. If you are looking for a place where your child can play without the fear of being judged, this is it. We focus on ball mastery and game intelligence rather than just winning a plastic medal. Come see the difference that a supportive football community makes. ## About Uncaged Football Academy I started Uncaged in 2020 because I wanted to bring some 'Love, Peace, and Respect' back to the game. I am not here to just organize matches, but to build a football family where every kid feels safe to make mistakes and grow.
