I handle the fixtures, turf booking, and referees so you and your squad can just focus on the game. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Here's a moment before the first Uncaged Cup kicks off, with a coach briefing the team captains. This ensures everyone understands the rules and the tournament is played in the right spirit.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/b7f4ad23-52b3-435e-a957-7eb684d44da7) ## About Behind the Scenes: Match Organization When I organize a match, I do more than just book a turf. I make sure an AIFF-licensed referee or senior staff member is on the field to keep things fair, and I bring the match balls, bibs, and hydration so you don't have to scramble for gear or water before kickoff. Organizing a football event in a city like Delhi usually involves endless phone calls—chasing turf owners, finding reliable referees, and making sure everyone has water. I started Uncaged to end that frustration. When you book a match through me, you aren't just paying for a time slot; you're getting a fully managed experience. Whether we are playing on the turf in Mehrauli or Chattarpur, my process starts long before the whistle blows. I ensure the ground is booked, the pitch markings are clear, and I bring along professional staff to manage the game flow. I provide quality Nivia or Kipsta match balls and color-coded bibs, so nobody is confused on the field. For 6v6 tournaments, I take it a step further. I handle the complete fixture planning, manage the tournament schedule, and organize a proper on-pitch ceremony with real trophies for the winners and runners-up. It adds a layer of professionalism that makes the players feel like they're playing for something real. Even for casual friendly matches, I ensure we have hydration sorted with a 20L water dispenser and disposable cups ready on the sidelines. My goal is to keep things 'bahut badhiya' (very good) for everyone involved. Whether you are a corporate team looking to blow off steam after work or a group of friends wanting a competitive weekend setup, I make it happen. I handle the backend logistics so you can focus on your dribbling and defense. ## About Uncaged Football Academy I'm Harsh, and at Uncaged, I believe football is about community as much as it is about skills. Whether you're planning a friendly kick-around or a full 6v6 tournament, I handle the logistics so you don't have to stress.
