Our space is intentionally divided—we have the 'Tiny Town' area specifically for small breeds like Shih Tzus and Lhasa Apsos to play safely away from the big zoomers, and climate-controlled indoor halls for when the Gurgaon heat gets too much. Your pup gets a customized experience based on their size and energy, not just a generic boarding slot. When we built this place, we weren't looking to create a kennel. We wanted to build a staycation spot for our own dogs, and that is exactly how we treat every guest. The 20,000 sq ft space is fully cage-free because we know that confinement leads to anxiety. We want tails wagging, not tails tucked between legs. The layout is designed for safety and socialization. Our outdoor area features grassy mounds and tire jumps—perfect for that high-energy morning zoomie session. We monitor the groups constantly, ensuring that the shy seniors and the playful pups all find their tribe without getting overwhelmed. If your dog is a water lover, our splash pool is a lifesaver during those hot Gurgaon days when the ground feels like a tawa (griddle). Indoors, we provide temperature-controlled halls for nap times. This is non-negotiable because dogs need their beauty sleep just like we do. We don't believe in set-it-and-forget-it boarding. Our staff sleeps in the same room as the dogs during group sleepovers to manage dynamics and provide comfort. For the pups who prefer solitude or need extra care, we have private suites that offer a quiet, secure space for feeding and resting, away from the group action. We keep things transparent—if you are nervous about leaving your kiddo, we send regular photos and videos so you know exactly who they are playing with and how they are settling in. It is all about peace of mind for you, and pure, unrestrained fun for them. ## About Ultimutt We are the hoomans behind Ultimutt, and we started this because we couldn't stand the thought of leaving our own dogs in cold, caged kennels. We treat every dog here like our own kid—complete with extra belly rubs, fresh home-cooked meals, and constant supervision. If your dog is coming to stay, they are joining our family, not just checking into a boarding facility.
