We play on raw earth and sand courts because that is where match pressure feels real. When you watch these clips, look at how the players dive and communicate—that is the result of training in the heat and dirt of Rajouri Garden, where every point is earned through hard work, not given. At Uttarakhand Volleyball Academy, we believe the ground is your best teacher. This cluster is a look at what happens when our drills meet reality. You are seeing the outcome of our tire-drill endurance training and those relentless defensive sessions translated into competitive play. Whether it is a late-night match under floodlights or an intense rally on our outdoor courts, we focus on two things: skill and spirit. Our match-play sessions are not just about winning points. They are about reading the opponent, perfecting the spike, and supporting your teammate when the game is tight. We encourage our players to compete in local and national tournaments to gain the exposure they need to level up. If you are a beginner, you will start with the basics of ball control and movement. If you are already playing, we will push you to increase your agility and tactical awareness. Our training is not for those who want comfort. It is for those who are ready to put in the real effort. If you are serious about volleyball, come join us on the court. ## About Manoj Kueliyal I am Coach Manoj Kueliyal, and I don't believe in silver spoons.
