We spend hours on the court at Shivaji Sports Complex—crawling through sand, running drills with tires, and pushing past fatigue. But that sweat is where the bond happens. If you are looking for a place where beginners and seasoned players push each other to win, you have found it. ### Our Philosophy: Nothing is Given At Uttarakhand Volleyball Academy, we do not believe in shortcuts. You land here, you work. We specialize in outdoor volleyball training that prepares you for real-world court conditions, not just indoor gym play. Our squad is built on the principle that "nothing is given, everything is earned." ### Training That Builds Grit We train at Shivaji Sports Complex in Rajouri Garden, where we use every resource available—tires for strength, stairs for cardio, and sand courts for defensive drills. This environment forces you to develop genuine strength. You will get scraped knees, you will sweat, and you will learn to dive. This is not for those who want comfort; it is for those who want results. ### Building a Team, Not Just a Squad Our "UK Family" cluster represents the heart of our academy. It includes: - **Competitive Play:** We actively participate in All India and local tournaments. - **Inclusive Coaching:** We have a massive focus on girls' volleyball, pushing for equal time and recognition on the court. - **Real-World Conditioning:** Drills that simulate match pressure, teaching you to think on your feet. If you are tired of academies that focus only on theory, come here. We build players who know how to play under pressure, communicate, and support their teammates. When you put on our jersey, you are part of a unit that fights for every point together. ## About Manoj Kueliyal I am Coach Manoj, and at our academy, we do not just coach volleyball; we build a family. We train hard in the mud and dust of Delhi because that is where real character is forged. If you are ready to put in the work, you are already part of our team.
