Most swimmers fight the water during their rotation, creating unnecessary drag. I teach you how to maintain your momentum through the wall and push off explosively. It is not about swimming harder; it is about technique mastery so that your turn becomes your fastest split. I have been coaching for 18 years, and I have seen enough races decided by half a second to know that starts and turns are non-negotiable. ### Why Technique Matters Under pressure, you do not rise to the occasion; you sink to the level of your training. If your drag is high during the turn or your dive is flat, you are giving away free time. My coaching focuses on: * **Explosive Block Starts:** We work on your entry angle, streamlining, and initial reaction time. * **Flip Turn Efficiency:** Minimizing the time spent on the wall by mastering the rotation and the push-off phase. * **Biomechanical Alignment:** Using video analysis to identify propulsion inefficiencies during transitions. ### The Training Cycle We operate on a 60-day macro-cycle designed for competitive swimmers in Mumbai. Whether you are training for GMAAA meets or a Swimathon, the logic remains the same. You need to do it EVERYDAY. That is the hard part.
