We drill the block entry, the streamline, and the flip turn until they become automatic, because those micro-seconds are where the podium spots are decided. Success on the podium is the outcome of a process, not luck. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that discipline and heart matter more than raw talent. We train as a team because iron sharpens iron—when you surround yourself with others who are equally committed, you push your own limits further than you could alone. ### The Training Process We focus on the details that most overlook. Whether you are a young swimmer preparing for GMAAA meets or an adult triathlete looking for competitive splits, we break down your performance. This includes: * **Race Strategy:** Coaching on explosive block starts and pacing strategies for 50m to 1500m events. * **Technical Refinement:** Intensive drills on high elbow catch, bilateral breathing, and biomechanical drag reduction. * **Mental Fortitude:** Preparing for the pressure of a meet. As I tell my squad, under pressure, you sink to the level of your training. ### Why Join Our Squad? We train with a clear goal: to win. Our 2-month macro-cycles are designed to peak for specific events, providing a roadmap that balances high-volume interval training with recovery. We integrate dryland guidance to build the functional strength required for more powerful strokes and flip turns. Sometimes, beech mein thoda samundar ka paani peena padega (you might have to drink a little sea water in between), but maza aayega (it will be fun).
