We assign lanes based on your actual pace, not your ambition, so you never get stuck behind someone too slow or feel like you are holding up the fast lane during our endurance sets. ### Training Structure We don't believe in aimless swimming. Every session is designed to build efficiency, whether you are training for a triathlon or just want to improve your technique. We utilize specific lane logic, dividing swimmers into Fast, Medium, and Slow groups to ensure you get a high-quality workout without the frustration of overcrowding. ### What We Focus On - **Stroke Technique:** We don't just swim; we fix drag, breathing, and rotation. If you are stuck at a plateau, our video feedback loops will show you exactly what is happening under the water. - **Triathlon & Endurance:** We prepare you for open water with sighting drills and continuous swimming sets that range from 1.5km to 3km. - **Dryland Strength:** You need power outside the pool to perform inside it. We integrate activation exercises to keep you mobile and injury-free. ### Where We Train We have slots across Bangalore that cater to working professionals, with pools in Domlur, Koramangala, and Wilson Garden. Our morning sessions typically start at 5:30 AM, so you can get your training done before the day starts. We are not a club for hobbyists who want to float around; we are a squad for people who want to see real improvement in their endurance and speed. ## About Venkatraj Bhat I've been in the water for 20 years, and I still love the challenge of pushing limits.
