Whether you need training for wheelchair (WH1/WH2) propulsion, braking, and turning, or specific balance and compensation footwork for standing classes (SL/SU/SH), our sessions are built to endure. We train in a focused, high-intensity environment, using professional synthetic mats and academy-owned sports wheelchairs. If you are serious about competing, expect to sweat, drill, and push past your previous limits. This is not a social club. The training methodology here is consistent for every athlete: high volume, high intensity, and a refusal to quit. We believe that physical limitations are secondary to the work you put in on the court. Our coaching staff focuses on correcting stroke basics, enhancing court coverage, and building the mental toughness required to sustain long, punishing rallies. ### Why Train With Us * **Specialized Equipment:** You do not need to invest in a sports wheelchair immediately. We provide academy-owned chairs for our WH1 and WH2 athletes, ensuring you can focus entirely on your movement. * **Integrated Competitive Vibe:** Our para-athletes often train in environments with high-performing, able-bodied players. This integration forces you to react faster, hit harder, and play with greater tactical awareness. * **Tournament Pathway:** We guide you through the process of identifying your BWF classification and assist with official player registration for state and national championships. ### The Training Grind Expect a session that involves multi-shuttle drills to improve your reaction time and on-court fitness routines that push your heart rate. We use Feather Shuttles for our elite batches to ensure the flight simulation matches tournament standards. You will receive direct feedback, rigorous correction, and the occasional shout to keep going when fatigue sets in.
