It is about creating an atmosphere—the way light hits a teak wood finish or how a curved silhouette makes a room feel like an embrace. My recognition as an iGen 2025 Top 50 Under 40 designer is a validation of this collaborative process, which I share with my sister and styling partner, Shuchi, to ensure every space feels lived-in and deeply personal. Design is a journey of storytelling. For me, every project—whether it is a sprawling Mumbai apartment or a cozy nook—is a narrative of shape, purpose, and emotion. Being featured in publications like Elle Decor and India Today Home, or receiving the iGen 2025 recognition, is a privilege that drives me to keep refining that narrative. ### Why Design Recognition Matters While awards and media features are humbling, they serve a practical purpose for my clients. They represent a consistent track record of quality, proving that our approach to 'organic luxury' is not just a concept, but a repeatable process that results in beautiful, functional homes. ### Our Process, Your Story When you see these features, you are seeing the result of a process built on: * **Collaborative Planning:** Every project starts with a deep dive into your preferences, not a pre-set template. * **Material Intelligence:** We look at how marble, velvet, wood, and light interact to set a mood. * **Attention to Detail:** From the arch of a mirror frame to the specific shade of a velvet chair, every choice is intentional. Whether you are looking to revitalize a living room with soft furnishings or planning a full-home renovation, we bring the same level of commitment that earned us these features. We believe your home should be your sanctuary—a place that feels like a big, warm hug at the end of the day. ## About Twisha Thakker I am Twisha, and I run TTDS with my sister, Shuchi.
