Illusion & Gravity-Defying Designs Before you think these are just for show, know that the engineering is real. I use internal dowels, straws, and custom support structures to make sure your gravity-defying cake survives the transit to your venue. Whether it is a 40km delivery or a complex three-tier setup, it stays standing until the moment you cut it. Making a cake defy gravity is essentially a physics project that tastes like dessert. I love pushing these limits, whether it is an upside-down Minion or a mango cone that looks like it is pouring fresh fruit onto the board. ### Why my illusion cakes are different Most people assume these complex shapes mean sacrificing flavor. I do not play like that. You get the structure, the LED lights, and the floating illusions, but the cake inside is still my signature moist sponge. I use premium cream finishes that look as sharp and smooth as fondant without the rubbery texture. ### The process If you have a wild idea, we start with a sketch. This is not just for the look, it is for the engineering. We figure out where the internal rods go, how the weight is distributed, and how to pack it safely. I have even transported 3D topsy-turvy book cakes across Mumbai, and they arrived perfectly intact. ### FAQ * **Can you do any object?** If it has a shape, I can replicate it. From sneakers and buckets to books and castles, I love a challenge. * **Is it eggless?** Yes, both egg and eggless options are available even for these complex structures. * **How does delivery work for such fragile cakes?** I use 12mm drum boards and reinforced tall boxes. We talk about the transport route and handling during our design call so there are no last-minute surprises. Ye dukh kaahe khatam nahin hota bey is what I say when a prototype flops, but when it stands on your table, it is pure magic. ## About The Fidgety Pastry Chef I am Harshita, and I am the one behind the chaos and the cakes. I do not just bake, I engineer sugar art that makes people double-take. If you have a crazy idea that seems impossible, bring it to me. That is exactly where I start having fun.
