Because we already manage the supply chain for high-volume partners like Starbucks, our systems are built for consistency, food safety, and timely daily delivery. This means you get the same flaky croissants and fresh sourdough on your counter every morning, without the guesswork. ### Why Partner With Us? Consistency is the biggest challenge in a cafe kitchen. We built our central Mumbai kitchen hub specifically to solve that. We aren't just selling you bread; we’re selling you a plug-and-play menu solution that removes the need for you to manage production, fermentation cycles, or early-morning prep. ### The Quality We Supply * **Hand-Laminated Pastries:** From butter croissants to cruffins, using 82% fat butter and 48-hour fermentation. * **Artisanal Sourdough:** Naturally fermented with wild yeast, delivered fresh daily to ensure that perfect crust-to-crumb ratio. * **Ready-to-Grill Sandwiches:** We supply our savoury bakes, like the Togarashi Chicken Melt or Four Cheese Toast, chilled and ready for your kitchen team to finish. No massive prep work required on your end. ### Our Operational Standards We work on a straightforward B2B model. We require 24 to 48 hours notice for orders to account for our fermentation process, ensuring you never receive 'rushed' product. Everything is delivered in food-grade, stackable crates to prevent damage, and our kitchen is HACCP-compliant. We keep it simple: you focus on the coffee and the customer vibe, and we’ll make sure the display counter is always full. Whether you are a standalone neighborhood cafe or a chain looking for a reliable Mumbai bakery partner, we have the capacity to scale with you. ## About TwentySeven Bakehouse We are TwentySeven Bakehouse. We’re obsessed with sourdough and clean ingredients, and we’ve scaled that passion to handle wholesale orders for some of the biggest names in the city. If you want a partner who treats your cafe’s menu with the same seriousness we treat our own, let’s talk.
