Everything is baked fresh on the day of your event, never frozen, and packed in minimal, ready-to-display boxes. You just need to give me a 24 to 48-hour heads-up, and I will sort out the catering spread for your house party or office meeting. ### Real Food, No-Fuss I built TwentySeven Bakehouse because I was tired of catering that looked good but tasted like cardboard. Whether you are hosting a house gathering, an office mixer, or a launch event, my goal is simple: feed people well. ### What I Bring to Your Event - **Grazing Boxes:** These are my go-to for corporate lunches and casual get-togethers. I pack them with a mix of savoury sourdough sandwiches (think Thecha Chip Butty or Togarashi Chicken Melt), flaky pastries, and sweet bakes. They arrive ready for your table—no replating required. - **Party Platters:** Perfect for when you need to keep a crowd happy without the drama. I offer savoury bites like olive sesame sticks, croissant cheese sticks, and mini danishes. They are easy to grab, mess-free, and addictive. - **Corporate Coffee & Bakes:** If you need to fuel a long meeting, I can set up a coffee bar with fresh brews paired with seasonal festive bakes or cookie tins. ### How It Works I operate on a pre-order basis to ensure maximum freshness. Because I use long, wild fermentation for my sourdough, I need a little lead time to get the dough right. Give me 24 to 48 hours notice for smaller orders, and if you have a larger corporate requirement in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, reach out early so we can lock in the menu. I do not do 'set' menus that feel forced. Tell me the vibe of your event, and I will build a spread that actually makes sense for your guests. ## About TwentySeven Bakehouse I do not believe in catering that just fills space. I started TwentySeven Bakehouse to make sure your guests actually enjoy what they are eating, whether it is a hectic office meeting or a relaxed house party.
