Our savoury bakes are not just pastries; they are technical experiments in texture. We use high-quality croissant dough that has been slow-fermented—the same base that makes our sourdough breads legendary—and layer it with bold, punchy ingredients. Think of the Spinach Ricotta Bear Claw: sharp, fresh cheese paired with vibrant greens, all encased in pastry with that satisfying, golden-brown crunch. Or our Roasted Tomato & Neighbour’s Pesto Danish—we do not take shortcuts on the pesto, and you can taste the difference in the roast. Everything is delivered fresh from our kitchens in Bandra, Worli, or Malabar Hill. We package them in sturdy boxes that do not need fancy replating, so they are ready for the table the second they arrive.
