Our kitchen is where bold flavours come to play. Take our Lamb Arrabbiata Knot: it is spicy, messy, and packed with whipped garlic yogurt and fresh sumac salad. It's not a polite sandwich; it's a meal that hits hard. If you're into pizza, our 10-inch NY-style sourdough pies, like the Four Cheese Truffle, are built on a base that’s actually chewy and crisp, not soggy or thin. ### Why 'No-Bullsh*t Baking'?
