Every game, whether it was a junior tournament or an adult box cricket league, taught us that the real value lies in the grit and camaraderie players show on the field, not just in the scorecards. When we started TUG Sports in Noida, the goal was simple: get the game back to its roots. We saw too many academies focusing only on winning, and not enough on the actual grind of the sport. We wanted a place where the focus was on technique, discipline, and the love of the game. Three years later, looking at the TUG C.L.I.C.K. journey, it is clear that we were onto something. From our early days of running basic drills with a handful of students to now managing a full-scale ecosystem of box cricket leagues and development programs, the growth has been organic. We have seen kids who started as nervous beginners turn into confident players who now help mentor the new batch of TUG Cubs. What makes this journey special is the environment. We do not just train; we create a space where failing is a part of learning. You will see this in the matches we host—whether it is a high-pressure night final under our floodlights or a weekend junior session, the atmosphere is loud, supportive, and competitive in the right way. We have kept our fees honest because we believe cricket should be accessible to anyone willing to put in the work. Our milestones are not just about the trophies or the matches. They are about the community members who have been with us since day one and the new faces who join us every weekend. If you are looking for a place that values hard work and sportsmanship over everything else, this is it. Come down to Sector 100, catch a game, or jump into a net session, and you will understand why we call this a family. ## About TUG Sports I started TUG Sports because I wanted a space where everyone plays like a family. It is not just about training, it is about building a community where you learn to handle the grind together.
