In our Junior Champions League, we put kids in the middle of a live 7-a-side game where they have to handle aggressive bowling, field placements, and the pressure of a chase. This is where they learn to stay composed when the ball is moving and the team is depending on them. Whether your child is picking up the bat for the first time or training for district-level selections, match simulation is the bridge between practice and performance. At TUG Sports, we built the Junior Champions League to give Noida’s young talent that exact exposure. ### The Format That Challenges Them We keep the matches fast and competitive. Using a 7-a-side, 6-over structure, every player stays involved. Whether they are setting a target or chasing one down, they learn the fundamentals of competitive play: * **Match Pressure:** Managing nerves during a powerplay or a final over. * **Strategic Thinking:** Understanding field placements and rotation of strike. * **Team Dynamics:** Supporting teammates, not just playing for personal stats. ### Beyond the Tournament This league is our primary scouting ground. Coaches monitor every game, providing real-time video analysis and feedback. If a player shows the discipline and technique we look for, they get a direct path into our academy and recommendations for official trials like the UPCA U-14s. We believe in building champions, not just players. Our floodlit facilities in Sector 104 ensure that even weekend evening matches feel professional. If you want to see if your child has the temperament for a real match, bring them here. Let them face the ball, play their shots, and find their rhythm in the middle. ## About TUG Sports I started TUG Sports because I saw too many kids glued to screens instead of the pitch. My coaches and I believe cricket is about more than just technique; it is about character, teamwork, and the courage to play freely. We are here to build a community where your child learns to win, lose, and grow as part of a family.
